How to Get in the Pool
- Achieve the rank of Regional Director for the first time in the February production month.
- Create 4 new Directors in your team
IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER
How to Earn Points:
- Earn 1 point – For each of the first 4 new Directors you create in your team (Total of 4 points. Must have minimum of 4 points to earn in pool.)
- Earn 2 points – For each new Director you create beyond your first 4.
- Earn 10 points – For helping someone else in your team also hit Regional Director for the first time in February 2012 Production month
- Promotion follows the Enroller Tree (Sponsor placed legs wont count)
- ALL new February 2012 Directors count (do not have to be Rising Stars)
- New RD’s must be in attendance at the Kansas City National Success Training to earn reward
- If you advance from a rank below RD to a rank higher than RD, you still qualify based on the new RD points scale.
- Promotion period is the February 2012 Production Mont
PROMOTION NOTES:
